Introducing:   Mr. Ben Carson - Guitar

Ben is currently a student at the University of Calgary. He was a Bio-Science major and is now pursuing the Bachelor of Music program there. He is energetic and friendly with students. His love for music and teaching leads him to pursue his goal - becoming a Jr/Sr. High school teacher one day. Ben has taken lessons in classical guitar with Ralph Maier from Mount Royal since the age of 9. He is familiar with the Royal Conservatory Classical repertoire. He is also fluent in contemporary styles, as he took lessons with Greg Rumpel for several years. Ben also graduated from the Academy of Production Recording Arts at The Beech Studios.  Other than music, Ben enjoys sports - he played hockey with Trails West for 9 years and football for the Wildcats and St. Mary's High school.
