SKILLS AND QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR IN OUR TEACHERS AND STAFF: 

              

 

TEACHERS:

  • Formal training, certification, and credentials
  • Background in performance and/or music instruction
  • Solid grounding in music fundamentals (sense of pitch; theory and harmony)
  • Strong sight-reading and singing ability
  • Musical creativity (improvisation, composition)
  • Versatility (various styles of music)
  • Experience working in service and/or with children

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF:

 

·        Strong client-service orientation and experience

·        Being a team-player

·        Strong organizational skills
