Introducing:  Ms Elizabeth Chen - Yamaha

Elizabeth Chen started playing piano when she was 9, and finished her RCM Grade 10 when she was 14. She was part of the Calgary Chinese Orchestra when she was 13, playing the piano and moon guitar.  Elizabeth began giving piano lessons from a private studio when she was 13, teaching children between the ages of 3 to 12. She graduated from Western Canada High School under the International Baccalaureate program and holds an International Certificate. She is currently pursuing degrees in Law and Computer Science at the University of Calgary. Outside of her academic calendar, Elizabeth has a strong passion for music and teaching. 

Elizabeth is a Yamaha Trained teacher and loves being around children. Having young brothers herself, she communicates well with young children. She enjoys working at Musica Academy and sharing her passion of music.
